Payment
For online orders, we accept KNET and all major credit/debit cards
All online payments are handled by our payment partner, Tap, through their secure servers
Shipping
At present, we only ship to Kuwait
If you require GCC or international shipping, please contact us
We do not ship to PO Boxes
For orders above 10 KWD, shipping is free to locations in Kuwait
For orders below 10 KWD, the shipping cost is 2 KWD to locations in Kuwait
Note that for portacabins, shipping will cost 100-200 KWD per cabin depending on the location within Kuwait (payable on delivery). Similar conditions apply for other bulky items. Contact us for more information
Items which are located in Kuwait will take 2-3 days to be delivered
Items which are out of availability in Kuwait will be shipped from abroad and take 2 weeks. No additional charges will apply
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on items within 14 days that are unused, in the same condition that you received it and in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges
